More Green Days (moregreendays.com) is operated by Justin Dobbs (sole proprietor). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: hello@moregreendays.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, so we can send you the free guide and occasional emails.
• Your mobile number, only if you choose to get check-in texts, plus a record of when and how you agreed.
• Your answers to check-in questions and anything you log in your dashboard.
• About your child, as little as possible: a nickname and an age range. We never ask for your child's full name, birthdate or diagnosis.
• If you buy something, our payment processor handles your card details. We never see or store them.

How we use it

• To send what you asked for: the guide, emails, and check-in texts.
• To show your progress in your private dashboard and build summaries you choose to export.
• To respond when you contact us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Text messages

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Texts never include your child's name, diagnosis or medication. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help.

Who else handles your data

We use a small number of service providers to run More Green Days: hosting, a database, an email provider, an SMS provider, and a payment processor. They process data only to provide their service to us, not for their own purposes.

Your child's information

More Green Days is for parents and caregivers aged 18 and over. Children do not use it directly, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Anything about your child is entered by you, kept minimal, and visible only to you unless you choose to share a summary.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
• Stop texts by replying STOP.
• Ask us to export or delete everything we hold about you by emailing hello@moregreendays.com. We'll do it within 30 days.

How we protect it

Your data is stored with access controls so each account can see only its own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we collect as little as we can so there is less to protect.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.
